LIQUIDATION OF
METHOD INVESTMENTS SICAV S.A.
27.01.2020

Herewith we intend to inform you that on 27.01.2020, the extraordinary general meeting of the Method Investments SICAV S.A. (the "Fund") approved the liquidation of the latter. We also inform you that the last valuation date of the units of the Fund is the NAV as at 27.01.2020.

Any new subscriptions, redemptions and conversions from the date of 27/01/2020 will be inhibited. Starting from 27.01.2020, therefore, the Fund will not make any new investment and will continue the disposal of the assets according to the law and by the prospectus.

Once the liquidation process is started, a possible decision on the partial repayment of the shares will be assessed. The final liquidation report will finally indicate the allocation for each share, to be determined based on the ratio between the amount of assets realized, net of expenses incurred, and the number of units into which the Fund's assets are divided.
